PASS means the check ran and the code was fine. BLOCK means the check ran and the code was not. SKIP means nothing ran at all, and if your aggregator folds SKIP into the pass column, the summary line at the bottom of the run is not reporting on your code. It is reporting on your tooling install.</p>
