From AI capability to production work
How Intent Solutions connects engineering, evaluations, demos, teaching, reusable tools, and products around customer operating capability.
Intent Solutions is an applied AI engineering company that turns AI capability into reliable, measurable production work for operators, technical founders, and delivery teams. Start AI Tools is where we document the implementation decisions and operating lessons that can be shared publicly.
The work between a model and an operation
A model can produce a useful answer while the surrounding workflow still fails. Someone has to connect the data, define permissions, handle exceptions, decide when a person takes over, and establish how the system will be tested and maintained. That is the deployment work we organize the company around.
Our method is Frame, Build, Prove, Operate. Frame the workflow and its definition of done. Build the integrations and human controls with the people who use them. Prove the result against agreed tests. Establish who runs it, how failures are handled, and how the customer takes over.
One company, connected work
An implementation can produce more than the system itself. A difficult decision may need an experiment; an evaluation may expose a failure worth documenting; a repeated requirement may become a reusable component. Each part feeds the next piece of engineering.
| Where to inspect | What connects it to the work |
|---|---|
| Intent Solutions | The company and customer-facing engineering practice, starting from a defined business outcome. |
| Labs and Evals | Experiments, results, definitions, and evidence that help us judge a system’s behavior and limits. |
| Demos | Working artifacts visitors can inspect alongside their sources and evidence boundaries. |
| Learn | Practice and knowledge transfer: define done, test the claim, and show the evidence. |
| Tons of Skills, OMA, and GitHub | Inspectable skills, desktop tools, integrations, and reusable software, with each project’s own license and status. |
| Products and public work | Focused software for specific problems, including internally developed product experiments. |
| Start AI Tools | The dated implementation record, including failures, repairs, constraints, and what changed next. |
The loop is straightforward: find a workflow problem, engineer a solution, evaluate it, demonstrate what can be shown, document and teach the method, and reuse what can responsibly be shared. Repeated problems can become products. The knowledge and components improve the next deployment.
These are connected parts of one company. A public demo does not certify a private implementation, and a product does not have to begin as a client project to belong in that work.
The customer must be able to carry it forward
Customer independence starts during scoping. We agree on operating owners, access, documentation, evaluation materials, knowledge transfer, and transition responsibilities rather than leaving the handoff until launch day.
The practical test is whether the designated team can use the agreed materials to run a representative workflow, interpret its evaluation, investigate a failure, and make an agreed change. Continuing support has a defined purpose; missing operating knowledge should not be what keeps a customer dependent on us.
Independence does not mean that every system is self-hosted or free of third-party services. The project must identify those dependencies and establish rights, support boundaries, and an exit path in its actual scope and terms. This operating principle does not add export features or ownership rights to a hosted product that does not provide them.
What this means for the journal
An implementation note should leave a reader with something usable: a constraint to check, a failure to reproduce, a test to adapt, or a decision they can assess in their own environment. The article should show what the evidence supports and where it stops.
Customer information and private work stay private unless publication is authorized. Public source, results, and demos are linked where available; reusable components are released only where rights and licenses permit it. The journal records the work without turning one result into a claim about every deployment.
